Effective 2026-05-21. Pre-launch notice.

FractionalWire is a pre-launch service from Science Brew LLC. This notice describes what we do with your data during the pre-launch period, when the only data we collect is what you submit to the founders' list. A full Privacy Policy will be published at product launch.

What we collect

When you join the founders' list, we collect your email address, the date and time of your signup, the consent context recorded with your submission and the page section you signed up from (hero or final CTA). We do not ask for, store or process any other personal data during pre-launch.

Why we collect it

We use this data to notify you when FractionalWire launches, to verify founder-pricing eligibility for the first 100 signups, to honor your consent record and to understand how visitors find the page.

Who we share it with

We share your email address with our transactional email provider only for the purpose of delivering launch and founder-pricing communications to you. We do not sell, rent or share signup emails with third parties for marketing or advertising.

How long we keep it

We retain your signup data until product launch. At launch, your data is migrated to your FractionalWire account if you create one. If you opt out before launch or do not create an account, your data is removed from our records within 30 days of the relevant event, with full deletion including backups within 60 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@fractionalwire.com. EU and UK residents may exercise rights under the GDPR. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage. Google may set cookies for this purpose. We do not send personally identifiable information to Google, and we do not share data with advertising networks or sell visitor information. You can opt out by clicking Reject on the cookie banner or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We also use first-party server analytics to count page visits, approximate unique visitors and understand referrer and UTM source tags. We store hashed request fingerprints, referrer host names and normalized UTM source values, not raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs or third-party advertising identifiers.

Updates

We may update this pre-launch notice before launch. The full Privacy Policy will replace this notice when the product launches. For questions, contact support@fractionalwire.com.
